A few years ago, Mike had a vision playing this game from his childhood.  But he just couldn't remember the name.  After many google searches (with descriptions like "Apple II game with necromancer castle"), he finally found it.  Wilderness Campaign!  This game is one of the first computer RPG games ever created.  Watch and try to hang with Mike as he plays this very low stimulating (by today's standards) game!

David Thiel joins Mike for another show about the glory days of arcade gaming.  This episode is all about the 1983 arcade game, Mad Planets.  In the successful wake of the Williams games like Robotron and Defender, David explains why it was important for him to find his own space shooter sounds that could stand on their own.  Especially with a challenging request for both music and sound effects, when the hardware was limited to one channel of sound.
