  • [Ep. 10] Learning to live for you

Oh there you are! Thank you for tuning into the Hood Therapy Podcast. I hope you've been holding up well. In this episode, I discuss learning to live for yourself. I feel this is important because society has a way of raising us to be carbon copies, mimicking and following after the blind. In order to establish true independence, it is crucial that you know how to think and live for yourself. There's no fun in feeling out of place in the life you have. Do something you enjoy, laugh a little, cry if you need to.. but never stop being yourself or forget who you are.

Episode 8! Whats up everyone and welcome to the Hood Therapy Podcast. In this episode, we discuss 10 attributes of a man. This episode is all based on my opinion and characteristics I feel a man should have. Most times in this society, we feel a man is supposed to protect and provide but what after that? I feel there is more to what a man is supposed to be even if society doesn't believe or follow this same philosophy.  It just takes some knowledge of self and understanding of the world.

I think its something we can all learn about insecurities especially in terms of how to deal with them. While some of us dont have any major insecurities, its helpful to understand them for when someone around us does.
