This is part I of II make-up episodes we're putting out after the last recording went down the shitter. For this episode, Jeff is running solo and he re-answers the Patreon and Facebook questions that got dumped from the last recording.

This week Jon and Zack join me to welcome Doug Herbert and Scott McKee of B.R.A.K.E.S. (putonthebrakes.org) into the studio.  Brakes is a non-profit that teaches teenagers the driving skills sorely missing from drivers ed and most parental lessons. Doug shares his storied history as highly celebrated top-fuel drag racer and how he turned tragedy into an organization that has educated thousands of teenagers and likely saved a number of lives along the way.

Jeff and Zack are in the studio, and they're joined by guest Jonathon Klein from Automobile. We talk about the Land Rover Range Rover SVR, the Airstream camping adventure, and the fact that ZACK SOLD THE CROWN VIC! He's got his new ride parked outside the studio, and it's a good one.

Saddle up for episode 172

Jeff and Zack are in studio for a fresh tasty serving of delicious podcast. There's a bit of news first, with topics ranging from the Mazda MX-5 RF Launch Edition to the pricing strategy for the Nissan GT-R Nismo. After that it's talk of some of what Jeff has been driving, and even a bit of HoonTruck fixed-up news. Finally, as we do now, we dive into all of your questions.

I'm joined in studio by Chris and Zack for this latest episode, and we dive into what's been going on over the last week. No news, but rather talk of driving the F-Type SVR at the Coronado Speed Festival, spending time with the F-Pace, and taking in the Audi R8 that's arrived for this week.

Additionally, we go over all the Facebook questions we missed in Episode 169 and tackle all the fresh questions for this episode.

Zack returns from Burning Man. Chris is not toiling away with all of his work. Jeff didn't have to record at home alone. This is a full-on in-studio recording and we've got plenty to talk about.

This week Jeff is solo on the podcast, but he's got plenty to talk about. Up first is that spectacular Ford Focus RS Drift Mode crash. After that there's some discussion of the upcoming Challenger AWD and Hellcat Widebody rumors. Last week Jeff drove the Infiniti Q50S Red Sport and this week he's in the Nissan Titan 5.6L V8. There's mention of autocrossing a fast Jag, filming an old Porsche, and closing in on 200 episodes.

We're all back in the studio for episode 167. Chris Hayes is the producer corner, and Jeff hosting. Our guests this week include Hooniverse Associate Editor Jason Connor and the man behind Motor Affair Patrick Stevenson.

Jason has a whole lot to tell us about his Monterey Car Week experience. We dive into the car art world of Motor Affair. There's chatter of project cars, including Patrick's BBI-prepped Porsche that's in the works. Then we take some questions.

Jeff is on his own this week because Zack and Chris are both off and working. He just got back from a quick personal trip back east, where he wound up driving the Mitsubishi Outlander... and he almost drowned, but not in the Mitsubishi. After getting back to the west coast, Jeff hops into the Cadillac CT6 where he's mostly underwhelmed.

It's a solo-shot, red wine glass, relaxing sort of evening. Sit back, grab a drink, and tune on in.
