Ep.73 Part 2 with Ruston, Louisiana native and Arkansas Razorback legend, Scotty Thurman. Will Gates and Arthur Agee continue their conversation with Scotty on Hoop Dreams The Podcast. Scotty hit the game winning three pointer as part of the NCAA Championship team that knocked off Grant Hill and the Duke Blue Devils in the 1994 NCAA Finals. Corliss Williamson and Scotty Thurman were a hard duo to contain under Coach Nolan Richardsons guidance as the Hogs went 16 - 0 at home that season. Scotty went on to play 10 years of pro basketball overseas before going on to work and coach at his alma matter. Scotty now coaches the Senior Boys team at Parkview High School. EP.71 Part 2 with California native, UCLA Alumni and one of the purest NBA shooting guards the league has seen, Tracy Murray. Tracy continues his conversation with hosts Will Gates and Arthur Agee on the Hoop Dreams Podcast. Tracy was a McDonald's All-American averaging an incredible 44 points a game in his senior season of high school ball catching the eye of numerous Division 1 schools, eventually settling on the UCLA Bruins where he went on to become a 2x All Pac-10 Player of the Year. Tracy was drafted 18th overall in the 1992 NBA draft and went on to play 12 seasons in the league winning an NBA Championship with the 1995 Houston Rockets. Over the course of his career Tracy played with some of the greats including Shaq, Hakeem Olajuwon, Kobe, Chris Webber and Juwan Howard just to name a few. Tracy shares some classic NBA stories and gives young players some great insights as to what it takes to make it in the league. So tune in and enjoy some lessons from a legend.

Antonio talks about his battle with Shaq in college, his famous block on Michael Jordan while with the Vancouver Grizzlies and all the lessons he learned playing alongside some of the greats like Gary Payton, Rasheed Wallace, James Worthy, Shawn Kemp and many others.
