This is the final stretch of the regular season. All the power teams are making their final push to position themselves for the playoffs. The Lakers are back in the mix, the Knicks are making some noise, Ja is getting some help, and we have about 6 teams that are legitimate contenders to win it all. We will break down the Western and Eastern Conference seeding and power ranking, and touch on my end-of-season results for my 4 youth basketball teams. 

Just when you thought we couldn't get enough... things get very interesting in the crazy world of the NBA. Ja Morant finds himself in the middle of a criminal investigation. King James can be out multiple weeks?!?! What does this mean for the Lake Show? We have a sniper back on the court. And.... another scoring record already?

The NBA has to figure out this thing they call an all-star game. Luckily, a pro dunker from the G-League named Mac came out of nowhere and saved the entire weekend. All-star game aside, the final stretch of the season is going to be must-watch TV! With big trades and contract buyouts, the playoffs are shaping up to be one of the best we've ever seen, unless we have some major injuries. Hopefully not!

The NBA is a script and they're not even hiding it anymore! Kyrie is in the Mavs, D-Lo is back in LA, and OMG... KD is in the Suns!!! This is insane. We have never seen a trade deadline go down like this. But wait.. there's more... The King aka LeDirector just broke the all-time NBA scoring record. What does this mean to Lebron's legacy and where do we rank him on that GOAT list? We unpack all the latest trades and get you up to speed on this Superbowl edition of Hoops RUs. 

Reserves are final and oh boyyyyyy, we are missing some names that we expected on the roster. Fox, Ball, Butler, Harder???? What is going on? And we have a playground-style draft coming too? This is controversial and exciting at the same time let's go!

We get down to business and go through our all-star picks for the 2022-2023 NBA season. This year is loaded with talent and will probably have the most all-star SNUBS ever!

We kick off the new year with a fun episode as the league has been going off! NBA stars are breaking scoring records left and right all over the league. We had Luka Magic drop 60 with an insane triple double, then Spida Mitchell topped that with a 71-piece nugget just a week later! Teams are getting comfortable which means trouble for those teams that are starting slow. 

My boys Blake and Raza join us on the show to talk basketball. They may look young, but they got all the NBA knowledge, old school and new school. These guys are basketball encyclopaedias. We talk about our favorite teams, players, and of course a little GOAT debating. Things get a little spicy.

Xander faces his toughest challenge yet as he goes through basketball tryouts for his middle school team while recovering from the flu. We take you on a step-by-step experience from drills to workouts to all the recovery methods we had to endure to get through this.

We are joined by one of the top AAU coaches in Westchester County and the founder of Faith & Grind Basketball, Mike Buffalo. Mike takes us through his journey running an AAU basketball program in the crazy world of travel basketball.
