Workers went on strike from The Aviary by Lavender Falls Cafe in Springfield, MO, on Sunday July 25th. They picketed on Monday, which is where we caught up 3 of the workers who gave us context for the strike, their demands, and messages for other workers struggling in the service industry.

We'll be sticking with this story as the struggle continues.
