The Time of the signs shows the future of the nation of Isreal in the Bible just as we are seeing playing out in the world today.

When asked of the indicators concerning the return of Christ, each record of the responce of Christ began with a form of "be not deceived". Deception will be the governing sign of the times, is it not evident that we are living in the time of this sign?

The meaning of apostasy is the departure from the faith. The passage in 2 Thessalonians brings to the surface that most evident sign we are witnessing today. There is no doubt we are living in the time of this sign.

It is not natural to us to Bless our Persecutors; quite to the contrary, the most natural tendency for us all is to fight fire with fire, those who treat us with spite, we return the favour in kind. Yet it is to this that we are called, this is how Love can be demonstrated without dissimulation, without hypocrisy. This is what reveals Christ who died for us while we were yet his enemies.
