READY TO GIVE UP PRAYING?

Have you ever run out of Gas? I have and it was really frustrating.

Wouldn’t it be wonderful to have spiritual power (gas) and never runout?

The God of Hope can give you overflowing hope and power through the Holy Spirit. After Jesus rose from the dead on Easter he visited his disciples, he breathed on them and gave them the infilling of the Holy Spirit. Then he returned to heaven after 40 days of appearances and before he left Jesus promised the disciples power! They pray and waited  then 50 days after Easter the disciples received the power of the Holy Spirit and they overflowed with hope.

JESUS HEARD YOUR SOS!

Jesus came to Rescue you and me. God heard our cry for a rescuer. Jesus came to live and  die for you and rise again. On Palm Sunday He rode into Jerusalem knowing that he would be crucified for our sins by the end of that week.  But he still went to certain death ! Why? to Rescue you, to establish a relationship with you.  At Hope Café we talk about how you can take a respond to Jesus.  Jesus Heard Your SOS. God is waiting to meet you this Easter season. He invites us to a relationship, but we need to respond to the invitation. It is worth more than you know, His sacrifice for you purchased continual companionship with the Holy Spirit. A REST FROM STRESS! Have you ever wished there was a REST AREA along the Highway of Life? You CAN find a place of rest from stress. But you have to pull over, you need to get off the expressway of the urgent. Unfortunately, often we seem too rushed to get to the destination. But then when we get there we are frazzled to enjoy the destination. If you are saying in the back of your mind, “Are we having fun YET?" Then that voice is a good indication that you have missed some REST AREAS, along the way of life. The destination is just as important as the journey.
