So many have said the phrase “I give up” at some point in their lives. It’s a statement that means: I’m done! Spiritually, this phrase isn’t negative at all. In fact, it’s the key to a real-life with Jesus.  

This Sunday is Mother's Day and here at Hope Church we will be celebrating ALL women for the vital roles they play in our church and in our community. Please join us for a special message from Pastor Diana.

Good Friday was a  terrible day for so many. While they had walked  and talked with Jesus,  and had been told what would happen, when the  day came, it seemed like  it was the end. Three days later, on that  glorious morning, Jesus rose  again. His resurrection proved that THIS WAS NOT THE END, but truly only the beginning.

Dietrich Bonhoeffer, a theologist from the early 1900's, said this, "The   cross is not the terrible end to an otherwise god fearing and happy   life, but it meets us at the beginning of our communion with Christ." Our relationship with Jesus begins with our belief of his death and resurrection. No matter what you are going through, THIS IS NOT THE END! Jesus has a plan for your life.
