Gary Bastin concluded our series of ‘Perpetual Transformation’. We looked back, shared stories and saw that God can transform anyone, if we keep our hearts soft, encounter God and fix our eyes on Jesus.

We were delighted to welcome Rev Debbie Veel (North Hampshire Downs Benefice) who spoke about ‘Gifts, Mystics and Visions’, and encouraged us that we can all hear from God!

In a world full of trouble, Simon Aspray spoke about how we can still find many good reasons to ‘Celebrate’!

At an all age gathering Terry Huggett spoke about Sabbath. He explained want it was and encouraged us to consider it as part of our lifestyle.

Terry Huggett spoke about serving. We looked at what Jesus, the greatest example of servanthood, did and said about this. We were encouraged to reflect on Jesus’ words and actions and to be like him.

On Father’s Day and we were delighted to welcome John Wigmore, Rector at Winklebury & Worting Parish Church. He spoke from Luke 18 about our relationship with Father God and what can hinder that.

A wonderful all age gathering! We welcomed a whole bunch of new people into our church family, then celebrated Pentecost, the birthday of the church praying for everyone to receive a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit! We closed singing, ‘How great is God’ in a variety of languages! It was glorious ‘Holy Chaos’!

We were delighted to welcome guest speakers Simon & Gaynor Shaw. They spoke about everyday spirituality. They shared stories of their journey as well practical ways to help us to be aware of God’s presence in our daily lives.

Andy Taylor unpacked the practice of meditation. He explained what Biblical/Christian mediation was and shared lots of personal stories. He ended with some practical next steps and encouraged us to engage in a meditation exercise…

Guest speaker, Howard from Open Doors, talked about some of the persecution that is taking place around the world. It was challenging to hear, but there were stories of hope and divine intervention!
