In this episode, Pastors Alex and Melissa talk about three practical yet powerful things we can do to navigate through adversity and ultimately be over-comers. 

In this episode we have a conversation about the power of gratitude. It can completely change our perspective in a situation without anything in our situation changing. Gratitude has to be intentional. It’s a powerful thing, but only works when you use it. You can have a toolbox full of tools, but if you don’t take them out to fix something, things stay the same.

In the second episode of Grief & Loss, we continue the conversation about the importance of identifying the losses we have experienced, share helpful tools with processing through the grief process, and the long term effects when we don't address grief in our lives.  

In the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic, there is a focus on so many different things going on around the world. Something  we haven't heard a lot about is the many losses and corresponding grief we are experiencing right now.  The question is- are we aware of these losses on an emotional level, how they are really affecting us, and how important it is to grieve in a healthy way?
