On Pentecost The Church age began as God's ongoing redemptive plan. Jesus Christ's earlier preparation of the disciples led them to wait for the coming of the Holy Spirit who would permanently fill every believer from this time on. As the church began, the believers determined to be a worshiping church,an evangelistic church, a learning church and a loving church.

This week we kick off our study in the book of Acts by breaking what the full context of what Jesus meant by the Power that would accompany the Holy Spirit in His believers.

To start off the new year, we look at Paul’s advice from Philippians 4 and explore what it looks like to go from a life that is full of comparison, to a life that is full and content.
