The peace of Christ really can transcend all our understanding. What exactly is that peace? What tries to steal it from us? And what weapons can you use on a daily basis to fight for that peace? We have the authority in Christ Jesus to walk in this peace no matter the storm or chaos raging all around you.

Suspicion, Judgement, Cynicism, Grumbling and Complaining are destructive mindsets that destroy relationships. They are particularly destructive in churches. God wants to free our minds from the negative forces of our old sinful nature. Ephesians 4:22-24 tells us to “throw off” the old and put on the new nature that has been “created to be like God. Do you have relationships that you view through the lens of a criticism? It’s time to cast that way thinking out of your life.

God always has enough resources to take care of our needs and the needs of others through us. 1 Kings 17 tells the story of a widow who thought she did not have enough and was going to starve to death along with her son. Instead she gave after receiving a request from the Prophet Elijah. God declared over her “there will always be flour and olive oil left in your containers..” This message is not just about money but learning how access all God’s resources to advance His kingdom. It’s time to demolish the mindset of lack and begin to walk in God’s supernatural provision.

Scripture Passage: Titus 2:11-14

The grace of God trains us to break free from hardened patterns of behavior into the new life of Jesus Christ as individuals and as the people of God.

Strongholds are patterns of thinking that keep you from knowing the thoughts of God. 2 Corinthians 10:3-5 tells us we have weapons with “divine power to demolish strongholds”. This message looks at the characteristics of a stronghold, how to identify a stronghold, and how to break the foundational lie that allows a stronghold to work in your life.

Your mind is a battleground of opposing thoughts. Galatians 5:17 speaks to the pull between what the sinful nature desires and what the Holy Spirit desires. Which one you listen to sets the direction of your life. This is the first message in a series on how to get your mind aligned with the kingdom of God.

Your ability to be generous with what you have sets the bar for how much love and power can flow. God wants to meet the impossible needs of others through you. All of heaven’s resources both spiritual and practical are available but will only flow freely through a generous heart. This message will help you step into a new dynamic in the giving of God’s unlimited resources.
