Hope Is the Most Daily Comfortable Deed
Hope, for us, is crucial in times of uncertainty, and in dealing with adversity. However, hope is not optimism, which is a belief that everything will work out. Hope is much more active, a feeling and a mindset that we have to work at in order to achieve our goals despite difficult circumstances. I would like to say that in our mundane life, hope is the most daily comfortable deed. It is a sense of trust, of caring and being cared for what comes from within and outside, and is based on relationships and being connected to the world. Hope might come from many places: our doctors, our friends and our family members; but having the will to keep going and to get through it with supports, it is, definitely, the hope in our minds. Hope is our sweetest sleep and dream. Hope is eating the delicious food. Hope is enjoying the nice space. Hope is practicing the favorite activity. And hope is taking action repeatedly but never feeling tired. Hope is important to us all when there is great uncertainty and fear during the tough times. Nevertheless, hope, no doubt, drives us to approach good health, effective goals, excellent quality of life, and true well-being.
First of all, hope is our sweetest sleep and dream. In this hustle-and-bustle world, we tend to burn the midnight oil, sacrifice sleep for work, and tell ourselves that we’ll catch up on rest later. But most of the time, we postpone to take a rest. A fascinating new study has revealed a surprising connection between sleep and some of the most sought-after aspects of human experience: gratitude, resilience, and overall flourishing. In other words, sweet sleep can bring hope, happiness and gratitude. A good night’s sleep leaves us feeling refreshed and energized. Sleep improves the positive aspects of life like feelings of purpose, hope, and gratitude. Sleep do help us gain the resilience. Resilience is crucial for navigating life’s challenges and maintaining a positive outlook. It is the ability to bounce back from adversity. Our sweet sleep and dream can let us get the resilience, and further, enhance our hope.
Secondly, hope is eating the delicious food. Isn’t it very hopeful when we take a bite of the warm cupcake, a sip of hot chocolate or even a spoon of our favorite food? People who enjoy eating and experimenting with different kinds of foods are the luckiest people in the world. In fact, eating is a great way to have hope and socialize with loved ones. Foods and festivities usually go hand in hand for any celebrations. Certain places, situations, or people often remind us of foods that we crave. We think about them, imagine the taste, and then plan on how to procure the foods. The whole process is the sense of hope. Our favorite foods vary from person to person, and even culture to culture. But, whatever we eat, it is the memories of love, care, and comfort that are attached to the foods.
Then, hope is enjoying the nice space. While driving the car to the destination, the most marvelous thing for us might be to find a parking place as soon as possible. That is our daily hope. In fact, travel is also a powerful experience to reach hope. It connects cultures, sparks curiosity, and invites people into new ways of seeing the world. Travelers and tourists, indeed, play a profound role to present hope. At its heart, travel is the desire to seek out something new, and to leave the familiar behind in search of something extraordinary. Travelers are driven by curiosity and the belief that there’s always more to discover, learn, and appreciate. This experience forces the travelers out of their comfort zones, allowing them to confront biases, navigate unfamiliar surroundings, and develop patience. In return, many feel inspired to have hope and show respect for cultural traditions. As the matter of fact, every journey has the potential to enrich not only the travelers’ lives, but also the hope to value diversity, learning, and sustainability.
Fourthly, hope is practicing the favorite activity we love. Our lives always consist of various emotional parts. Each day won’t be the same. Some day we feel exhausted, and the other day, we may act stupidly and make mistakes. We never know our future. Therefore, our passion and self-realization are the most important things to make our lives better. When we engage in activities we are passionate about, motivation flows naturally. That is the hope. Passion is like a wellspring of energy that propels we forward, enables us to overcome challenges and to persist in the face of adversity. Whether we’re artists, scientists, athletes, teachers, or any other professionals, the intrinsic motivation that comes from doing what we love leads us to higher productivity, creativity, and innovation. Actually, engaging in activities we are passionate can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, while it also enhances our overall sense of happiness and satisfaction. When our work aligns with our passions, it often becomes less of a burden and more of an enjoyable part of our lives. We could say that innovations emerge from the desire to solve problems or create something new, and these breakthroughs are the far-reaching hope of our lives.
At last, hope is taking action repeatedly but never feeling tired. Hope is the thing that keeps us positive and moving. If we remain optimistic, not only are we able to overcome difficult times, but we are also able to make meaningful use of every moment of life. Yet, one of the reasons people give up on life is that when we face the tough times, it feels as if time will never end, and we will always remain in the same situation. Notwithstanding, when we think of all the fairytales, such as The Three Little Pigs, The Three Billy Goats Gruff, and the Three Bears... etc., the number three works very well for repeating something. The repetition matters. In other words, hope makes the repetition meaningful in one sense. Practice makes perfect. Repetition is generally used to help us go through the key points. It is significant for success. Imagine that, in our microcosm, the little corner of our world, we can make it better, if we are doing things toward it repeatedly and we never stop. It is, exactly, the hope. Hopeful people are always at work, are succeeding, and are working tirelessly. Martin Luther King Jr. said, “We must accept finite disappointment, but we must never lose infinite hope.” Anyway, for everything in the world, we have to continue to move forward with hope that the best is yet to come.
