We may not have much control over what is happening in this world of ours, and we may feel powerless to change things, but the truth is that we can change it by starting with ourselves. If every one of us started making the changes within ourselves and at home first, eventually positive things would evolve and stand out in the world around us. That’s how we can be an integral part of the world we want to see.Whatever the reason, that's why I'm here. Life is a choice. Everything we do and live for, we have to make decisions for ourselves as our next step to happiness. Fear can be replaced with HOPE.Hope Regained offers insight, questions to ask ourselves, and things we can do to improve our lives as well as those close to us. We can learn to overcome challenges while building positive emotional resilience and strength. True happiness comes from within. A balance of emotional, mental, spiritual and physical health can bring us to a place of fulfillment along with possible outlets to help create the person we want to be.If you're ready to put your game face on and rise to the challenge of stepping outside of your comfort zone to find personal success, we hope that we can offer you some places to start, or at the very least, bring you some entertainment and a smile now and then.
