We’re back in our Revelation series and look at Revelation 20:1-10. In this scripture we see Satan bound for a thousand years and the saints reigning with Jesus during this time. But what is this ‘thousand years’ all about? Marco unpacks this and notes that in our time we are commissioned to proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ.

Celebrating the resurrection of Jesus!

Last week we saw the love God displayed in the resurrection of Lazarus while the glory of God shone in the darkness. This week we will wonder at Jesus dying for us and the infinite victory of Christ’s resurrection from the ultimate death caused by our sin.

Why is Easter such a big deal? Because, “If Christ has not been raised, your faith is futile and you are still in your sins.” (1 Corinthians 15:17). The magnitude of the glory of Christ overcoming death caused by our sin is infinitely greater than temporarily raising Lazarus from a death caused by an illness.
