  • HSD Show #394 - Christina Bauer

Interview with Christina Bauer, an author—and woman on the autism spectrum--who writes five fantasy books annually for a total of forty-five releases so far. Every story takes place in a unique world. Basically, I build up to five Star Wars worlds a year, every year. Long story short, I’ve decided to share my truth (and sassy mouth) in case it’s of interest to other chicks on the spectrum and society in general.

    Additional background:

    • I’ve written more than forty-five books: https://monsterhousebooks.com/books
  • Eight of these are also audiobooks (I do the narration): https://christinabauerauthor.com/
  • I have accounts on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok, and YouTube
  • I’m currently studying to get my Master’s degree in history at Harvard
  • In a previous life, I started my own AI software company and co-wrote a patent with Dr. Constantine Papageorgiou from MIT’s artificial intelligence lab
  • You can see my author profile here on LinkedIn, while my old life as a high tech marketer for Microsoft et cetera is here on LinkedIn

  • HSD Show #393 - Manisha Lad

Paul Cimins interviews Manisha Lad, Neurodiversity Family Coach.

Her journey started as an Information Technology consultant and worked in the field with leading companies like Siebel Systems, Metlife, UBS bank in Tokyo. 2001 I decided to quit my career when our only son Akhil Lad was diagnosed with AUTISM.

Since then I educated myself to become an Holistic Health Coach and our education and treatment with Akhil changed our perspective of AUTISM from Behavior to Biomedical and NeuroSensory Motor disorder.

Our son Akhil Lad is now an adult though minimally speaking is taking Associate Science Degree with Rowan College of South Jersey. He also inspired us to start Akhil Autism Foundation.

I coach parents to get started on Autism Journey and understand them different puzzle pieces with right resources.

  • HSD Show #390 - Kevin Donaldson

    Kevin Donaldson knows suffering.

Suffering was the springboard from his childhood into a precarious relationship as he climbed the ranks as a police officer.  His suffering spiraled after a nearly fatal shooting while on active duty.

This incident became an ideal storm in which he began the dependent dance with alcohol, drugs, suicidal ideations, and depression.

Now clean and sober, Kevin is a leading advocate for mental health, especially for those on the front line. Kevin is a keynote speaker and the face for the men in crisis across the east coast.  Kevin is the host of the critically acclaimed podcast, The Suffering Podcast, which ranks in the top 1% globally.
