Members of our congregation share the reason behind why they tithe.

Modern day followers of Jesus are not forced to tithe. The Old Testament command to tithe has been satisfied, but the promise of God’s blessing to those who engage in this discipline remains.

The members of Hope Community Church carry the burden of paying for the ministries of the church. We cheerfully ‘pick up the check’ so that the people we seek to serve don’t feel obligated to do so.

The answers to our questions are contained with the Bible. We just need to know how to find them.

Can we rely on our modern Bibles to provide us with absolute truth concerning God and His will?

What is it that separates the God of the Bible from every other concept of god?

Let’s rely on the light of God’s word to lead us to the answers to our questions.

Learn how to identify, and reject, the lies of the enemy.

In this message we are going to talk about the importance of living for Jesus and how we can gain or lose eternal rewards based upon how we live our lives. The first and most important step is believing in our hearts and minds that Jesus died for our sins so we can receive eternal salvation. The Scriptures teach us that once a person has believed in Jesus for their eternal life, they can never lose that eternal life. However, there are things that we stand to lose if we don’t live Godly lives. We will take a trip through New and Old Testament scripture to show that what we do on this Earth counts forever.

Hope Community Church exists for the sake of the lost.
