You will not remember that idea you got at 1am in the bathroom, the Netflix series you binged that night will wash it away if you depend on your memory.

Yes it is your memory's role to retrieve information but it has proven on and on again that it cannot be trusted to retrieve the one you really need.

Remember, i am rooting for you.

do you think you can successfully do anything currently without having that urge to look at your phone?

have you seen that reel where someone was meant to call 911 and they were on Instagram instead?

Remember, i am rooting for you.

Happy Monday.

how is work going?

i haven't resumed work yet but the work i am doing outside my work station is mind blowing.

We have all been there where we think we are doing something extraordinary by just learning and consuming whereas what we really wanted to do was to create.

Remember, i am rooting for you.

at some point you will struggle with anything you are doing or involved in; be it relationships, your careers or business.

knowing the motive behind why you do what you do will always be a big push.

Understand and know your why.
