I have this thing I do when I don’t have anybody to talk to, I just record my thoughts with my voice recorder (it’s very therapeutic to me) or I write down what am feeling... I termed that process check in TS❤️....So whatever you are listening to or about to listen to is one of those recordings where I navigate my thoughts 💭.... Never wanted to share it but I felt like someone can relate to it so if you can relate to it you are not alone😇.....This is gold 😊
