Un cordial saludo para toda la comunidad de HIVE y para la comunidad de @fulldeportes. En este nuevo video te traigo una gran oportunidad para que comiences desde hoy a progresar con los ejercicios más fundamentales y más vitales de la calistenia, estos ejercicios que te estoy dejando acá son los ejercicios más importantes de la calistenia ya que estos ejercicios son los que te ayudaran a ganar esa masa muscular, esa fuera y resistencia que tanto buscas, ya que estos ejercicios trabajan la mayor parte de nuestro tren superior. El primer ejercicio que te dejo acá son las DOMINADAS EN BARRA FIJA – PULL UPS, es un ejercicio que trabaja completamente la espalda es un ejercicio de JALON. La progresión de las dominadas se le conoce como AUSTRALIAN PUSH, es la progresión más efectiva a la hora de comenzar a realizar la PULL UPS. El segundo ejercicio son las DOMINADAS CON AGARRE INVERTIDO – CHIN UPS, este ejercicio como la pull ups trabaja completamente la espalda y bíceps. La progresión de las CHIN UPS es AUSTRALIAN PUSH INVERTIDO. El tercer ejercicio que te traigo acá son las flexiones de pecho, este ejercicio trabaja totalmente el pecho y parte de los tríceps así que es un ejercicio vital para nuestro progreso en calistenia. La progresión para las flexiones de pecho son: colocamos nuestras rodillas en el suelo tal cual se los estoy mostrando en este video y subimos totalmente los codos, de esa manera ganaremos la fuerza necesaria para hacer correctamente las flexiones de pecho. Y por último tenemos FONDO – PARALELAS. Este ejercicio trabaja totalmente el musculo del tríceps y el pecho y para realizar correctamente este movimiento la progresión que te estoy dejando acá en este video se llama: EXTENSIONES DE TRICEPS. De esta manera y con estas progresiones que son las más fundamentales, comenzaras a fortalecer y realizas los MOVIMIENTOS MAS VITALES DE LA CALISTENIA, así que no puedes dejar pasar por alto estas progresiones y movimiento, COMIENZA AHORA, VAMOS CON TODO!!!🔥.

Un cordial saludo para toda la comunidad de HIVE y para toda esta hermosa comunidad de @fulldeportes. En este nuevo video y esta nueva oportunidad les traigo los mejores ejercicios y secretos para que realices tu primera dominada PULL UPS, no puedes dejar pasar por alto este increíble video ya que te ayudara a mejorar tu rendimiento en el deporte y te ayudara a generar la resistencia y fuerza que tanto deseas ya que al dominar la PULL UPS , puedes dominar totalmente el peso corporal de tu cuerpo. La dominada es un movimiento de calistenia que trabaja tanto los musculo de la espalda y el musculo del bíceps, y al trabajar combinado esos musculo generas una resistencia y control total de tu peso corporal. Debes tener en cuenta que para realizar la PULL UPS por primera vez debes realizar correctamente los movimientos y secretos que te estoy dejando acá para que así tengas muchísima más facilidad de realizarlo rápidamente, al momento que comiences a practicar este gran movimiento sentirás como comienzas a controlar completamente tu propio peso ya que la dominada requiere de control y fuerza de jale para poder realizar de manera correcta este ejercicio. Cada ejercicio que te estoy dejando acá debes realizarlo tal cual te lo estoy dejando acá, siempre teniendo en cuenta que al momento de bajar debes estirar completamente los codos y al momento de subir, subir completamente el mentón que sobrepase por encima de la barra fija, para que así vayas obteniendo la fuerza y resistencia necesaria para poder realizar tu primera dominada. Ten en cuenta que al momento que realices la primera dominada cómodamente puedes ir aumentando las repeticiones para que así puedas ir subiendo de repeticiones y también generando muchísima más resistencia y fuerza, y siempre teniendo en cuenta la técnica. COMIENZA AHORA VAMOS CON TODO!!!🔥.

COMPLETE ROUTINE FOR LEGS GYM /

FOR BEGINNERS – STARTS TODAY!!!🔥.

Un cordial saludo para toda la comunidad de HIVE y para toda esta hermosa comunidad de @fulldeportes. En esta oportunidad les traigo un video que les ayudara por completo a comenzar a realizar tu rutina de pierna en el GIMNASIO. Primeramente siempre debes tener en cuenta que antes de realizar cualquier rutina, siempre debes tener un calentamiento y estiramiento previo a cada rutina para que así evitemos lesiones. Te traigo esta increíble rutina que puedes realizar si eres una persona que está comenzando el gimnasio, ya que esta rutina podemos encontrar ejercicios completamente efectivos y correctos. Debes tener en cuenta que si está comenzando el gimnasio debes comenzar con poco peso, para que tus músculos se vayan acostumbrando a los ejercicios y así progresivamente ir aumentando un poco más de peso. Esta rutina que te traigo acá son de 6 ejercicios de los cuales son: Sentadilla libre. Extensión de cuádriceps. Extensión de femoral. Slonp Intercalado. Sentadilla sumo. Pantorrilla. Estos son todos los ejercicios que vamos a realizar en esta rutina para principiantes en el gimnasio. Esta rutina trabaja completamente las piernas, ya que cada uno de los seis ejercicios que te estoy dejando acá, cada uno trae su cualidad, ya que cada ejercicio trabaja diferentes musculo de la pierna, y por lo tanto los 6 ejercicios trabajan completamente las piernas en su totalidad. Así que esta es la rutina perfecta para comenzar a entrenar piernas en el gimnasio. Puedes realizar esta rutina 2 veces por semana. Otro dato súper importante que debes tener siempre en cuenta es que al culminar la rutina debes tener un estiramiento para que haga más efectividad el ejercicio. COMENCEMOS HOY A ENTRENAR – VAMOS CON TODO!!!🔥

RUTINA COMPLETA DE GLUTEOS / COMIENZA AHORA!!!🔥.

COMPLETE GLUTE ROUTINE / STARTS NOW!!!🔥.

Un cordial saludo para toda la comunidad de HIVE y para la comunidad de @fulldeportes. En esta oportunidad y en este nuevo video te traigo una rutina completa para GLÚTEOS, Esta rutina te la recomiendo completamente ya que es una rutina explosiva que puedes realizas en el gimnasio. Primeramente debes tener en cuenta qué previo al entrenamiento, previo a comenzar la rutina debes comenzar con un buen calentamiento ya que calentar antes de una rutina es primordial para que tu cuerpo entre totalmente en calor y con eso podemos evitar lesiones. Al comenzar está rutina de glúteos son 5 ejercicios, los primeros 4 ejercicios debes realizar de 10 a 12 repeticiones para poder llegar a la hipertrofia del músculo, el quinto y último ejercicio las repeticiones son de 12 a 15 para poder tener mayor estímulo en el músculo. Debes tener en cuenta que, cuando trabajamos ejercicios con peso, sea en el gimnasio o en un lugar donde trabajes con peso, ten en cuenta que debes trabajar con un peso cómodo, ya que si trabajamos con un peso que no controlamos podemos llegar a lesionarnos y no hacer de manera correcta las repeticiones, a cambio si trabajamos con un peso que controlemos un peso cómodo tendremos completamente mayor efectividad en el ejercicio. Cuando sientas que puedas controlar más peso puedes ir agregándole peso a tus rutinas , pero siempre teniendo en cuenta que debemos trabajar todos los ejercicios de manera cómoda y correcta. Esta rutina puedes realizarla 2 veces por semana, ya que si trabajas mayormente estos ejercicios que te estoy dejando acá, tendrás mayores resultados y mayor crecimiento en los músculos. En este video tendrás completamente explicado de manera correcta de cómo realizar estos ejercicios. Por último también debes tener en cuenta que al momento de finalizar la rutina debes terminar con un calentamiento para relajar completamente los músculos y tengas mayores resultados. Un cordial saludo amigos de HIVE y para toda esta hermosa comunidad @fulldeportes . Mi nombre es Horeanna Torres tengo 20 años de edad y soy de la ciudad de Barquisimeto estado Lara - Venezuela. Mi nombre de usuario @horeannaat. Este es mi video de presentación para formar parte de esta gran comunidad. Soy una chica fitness, atleta profesional de calistenia. Llevo aproximadamente 10 años en el mundo del deporte, mi trayectoria en el deporte es bastante extensa , comencé a realizar deporte desde muy temprana edad, comencé primeramente en el mundo del gimnasio y comencé a conocer los límites, fortalezas y debilidades de mi cuerpo, hace aproximadamente hace 3 años comencé a adentrarme en el mundo de la calistenia tanto así que fui una de las 2 personas principales en organizar la primera competencia nacional de calistenia seps and reps en Venezuela, en la ciudad de Barquisimeto estado Lara. Al momento que comencé a practicar calistenia me sentí tan bien porque la calistenia es una disciplina que te ayuda a controlar tu cuerpo, tu propio peso corporal. Me siento ansiosa por poder traerles contenido de calidad y todos mis conocimientos y experiencias en el mundo del deporte, y así poder compartirnos mutuamente todo lo relacionado con el deporte. Estoy agradecida con @mauriciorsew por enseñarme esta hermosa comunidad y apoyarme. Rutina de calentamiento para piernas /para tus entrenamientos🔥. Warm-up routine for legs / for your workouts 🔥

Un cordial saludo amigos de HIVE y para toda esta hermosa comunidad SWC. Me complace traerles mi primer video en esta. Comunidad como lo es SWC, y que mejor manera de hacerlo comenzando con algo básico y vital a la hora de nuestro momento de entrenar, una rutina de calentamiento. En esta oportunidad les traigo algunos ejercicios para el calentamiento para piernas. Es muy importante calentar antes de cualquier actividad física para poder tener un mejor rendimiento y sobre todo evitar lesiones, este calentamiento te ayudara a el mejor funcionamiento de tus músculos de las pierna, prepara a los músculos para el trabajo al que serán sometidos ,ayuda a mejorar tu rango de movimiento y movilidad durante tus entrenamientos , antes de comenzar tu día de pierna, tu rutina, debes realizar exactamente estos ejercicios de la manera en la que lo estoy mostrando ya que hay variaciones y un ligero cambio llevaría a distintos objetivos . Si realizas estos calentamientos de esta manera podrás realizar con mayor facilidad y movilidad tu rutina. Puedes realizar cada ejercicio de esta rutina de 30 segundos a 40 segundos ya que así obtendrás el calentamiento con mayor efectividad. Debes tener en cuenta que cada movimiento de este calentamiento debes realizarlo de la manera correcta y tener muy en claro la diferencia entre un calentamiento y un estiramiento en tus entrenamientos ya que ambos cumplen funciones distintas 🔥.
