Sometimes God asks us to do something we don't want to do so we try to run away and we end up running from a God who is with us and for us, who is the source of every good gift in our lives!

What would our lives be like if we lived in the holy confidence that God was with us and for us? What if every obstacle we encounter, we remembered that a good God had led us here not to defeat us, but to reveal his power through us to the world? What if we lived like conquerors instead of living like the conquered?

I think it would change everything!

Sometimes our step of faith drops us into a deadend between two bad options, but God shows up and shows off in the places that seem hopeless.

Sometimes we miss what God wants to do, because we give up before God shows up. Our faith needs some faithfulness.

Sometimes it seems like our step of faith is dead in the water, our God sized dream is past its expiration date and then God steps in. Somewhere we’ve decided how long things should take and if they don’t happen in our expected window we give up on them. Experts or the majority tell us that is how things work, but God rarely works in the window of availability we expect him to.
