Tu palabra es una lámpara que guía mis pies y una luz para mi camino.

Lo prometí una vez y volveré a prometerlo: obedeceré tus justas ordenanzas.

He sufrido mucho, oh Señor; restaura mi vida, como lo prometiste.

Señor, acepta mi ofrenda de alabanza y enséñame tus ordenanzas.

Mi vida pende de un hilo constantemente, pero no dejaré de obedecer tus enseñanzas. Los malvados me han tendido sus trampas, pero no me apartaré de tus mandamientos. Tus leyes son mi tesoro; son el deleite de mi corazón.

Estoy decidido a obedecer tus decretos hasta el final.

Your word is a lamp to guide my feet and a light for my path.

I’ve promised it once, and I’ll promise it again:

I will obey your righteous regulations.

I have suffered much, O Lord ; restore my life again as you promised.

Lord , accept my offering of praise, and teach me your regulations.

My life constantly hangs in the balance, but I will not stop obeying your instructions. The wicked have set their traps for me, but I will not turn from your commandments.

Your laws are my treasure; they are my heart’s delight. I am determined to keep your decrees to the very end.

Tus mandatos me hacen más sabio que mis enemigos, pues me guían constantemente. Así es, tengo mejor percepción que mis maestros, porque siempre pienso en tus leyes.​ ​Hasta soy más sabio que los ancianos, porque he obedecido tus mandamientos. Me negué a andar por cualquier mal camino, a fin de permanecer obediente a tu palabra. No me he apartado de tus ordenanzas, porque me has enseñado bien. ¡Qué dulces son a mi paladar tus palabras! Son más dulces que la miel. Tus mandamientos me dan entendimiento; ¡con razón detesto cada camino falso de la vida!

Tu eterna palabra, oh Señor, se mantiene firme en el cielo.

Tu fidelidad se extiende a cada generación, y perdura igual que la tierra que creaste.

Tus ordenanzas siguen siendo verdad hasta el día de hoy, porque todo está al servicio de tus planes.

Si tus enseñanzas no me hubieran sostenido con alegría, ya habría muerto en mi sufrimiento.

Jamás olvidaré tus mandamientos, pues por medio de ellos me diste vida.

Soy tuyo, ¡rescátame!, porque me he esforzado mucho en obedecer tus mandamientos.

​Aunque los malvados se escondan por el camino para matarme, con calma, mantendré mi mente puesta en tus leyes.

​Aun la perfección tiene sus límites, pero tus mandatos no tienen límite.

I will never forget your commandments, for by them you give me life.

I am yours; rescue me! For I have worked hard at obeying your commandments. Though the wicked hide along the way to kill me, I will quietly keep my mind on your laws. Even perfection has its limits, but your commands have no limit.

Estoy agotado de tanto esperar a que me rescates pero he puesto mi esperanza en tu palabra. Mis ojos se esfuerzan por ver cumplidas tus promesas, ¿cuándo me consolarás?

Estoy arrugado como un odre ahumado, pero no me olvidé de obedecer tus decretos. ¿Hasta cuándo tendré que esperar? ¿Cuándo castigarás a los que me persiguen?

Estos arrogantes que odian tus enseñanzas cavaron hoyos profundos para atraparme. Todos tus mandatos son confiables. Protégeme de aquellos que me persiguen sin causa.

Casi acaban conmigo, pero me negué a abandonar tus mandamientos.

En tu amor inagotable, perdona mi vida; entonces podré continuar obedeciendo tus leyes.

When will you punish those who persecute me? These arrogant people who hate your instructions have dug deep pits to trap me. All your commands are trustworthy. Protect me from those who hunt me down without cause. They almost finished me off, but I refused to abandon your commandments. In your unfailing love, spare my life; then I can continue to obey your laws.

Señor, sé que tus ordenanzas son justas; me disciplinaste porque lo necesitaba. Ahora deja que tu amor inagotable me consuele, tal como le prometiste a este siervo tuyo. Rodéame con tus tiernas misericordias para que viva, porque tus enseñanzas son mi deleite.

Trae deshonra sobre los arrogantes que mintieron sobre mí; mientras tanto, me concentraré en tus mandamientos.

Permite que esté unido a todos los que te temen, los que conocen tus leyes. Que sea intachable en guardar tus decretos; entonces nunca seré avergonzado.

Surround me with your tender mercies so I may live, for your instructions are my delight. Bring disgrace upon the arrogant people who lied about me; meanwhile, I will concentrate on your commandments.

​Yo solía desviarme, hasta que me disciplinaste; pero ahora sigo de cerca tu palabra.Tú eres bueno y haces únicamente el bien; enséñame tus decretos.

Los arrogantes me difaman con mentiras, pero la verdad es que obedezco tus mandamientos con todo el corazón. El corazón de ellos es torpe y necio, yo, en cambio, me deleito en tus enseñanzas. El sufrimiento me hizo bien, porque me enseñó a prestar atención a tus decretos. Tus enseñanzas son más valiosas para mí que millones en oro y plata.

Arrogant people smear me with lies, but in truth I obey your commandments with all my heart. Their hearts are dull and stupid, but I delight in your instructions.

My suffering was good for me, for it taught me to pay attention to your decrees. Your instructions are more valuable to me than millions in gold and silver.

I become furious with the wicked, because they reject your instructions. Your decrees have been the theme of my songs wherever I have lived.

I reflect at night on who you are, O Lord; therefore, I obey your instructions.
