The Ohio Hospital Association is fighting one of Cleveland Metro Hospital's employees who seeks unemployment benefits after refusing the experimental shot. He was fired in November 2021. It took months to get a hearing. OHA does not have its facts straight and either through ignorance or intention presents false information to the hearing officer.
