The Purple Parade is in its 10th year this year and it’s marking the milestone with a new direction in the ultimate demonstration of inclusivity – by having persons with disabilities as the event’s emcees! Andrea Heng and Hairianto Diman speak to a visually mpaired Singaporean, Amanda Yip, Artist in Training for Performing Arts, ART:DIS Singapore, who’s gearing up to be a co-emcee at this weekend’s event.
