In this episode, I share the 5 things I would do if I wanted to lose weight and tone up in time for the sunshine.
- Start now
- Set myself a manageable calorie deficit (Use my Calorie Calculator here)
- Base all my meals around protein, fruit & veg
- Aim to take 8-10k steps per day and do 3 x weights workouts per week
- Recognise when I may need help and support
It doesn't need to be complicated but you can get amazing results if you start now and aim for consistency for the next 10 weeks rather than doing a crash diet just before your holiday.
