With a recent intake of 39 animals in desperate need of food, medical care, and shelter, the SPCA team is working around the clock to give these animals a second chance at life.

To help him thrive, we’re stepping in to provide a high-quality prosthesis and rehabilitation care, giving Wandisile the freedom to play, learn, and embrace life with confidence.

With chronic pain and the need for constant medical care, their journey hasn’t been easy. This festive season, we’re stepping in to provide Magda with an electric bed, servicing for her ventilator, and a special Christmas shopping voucher to bring joy to their home. Hot Cares

This Hot Cares Christmas, we’re proud to support the Johannesburg Wildlife Veterinary Hospital, a dedicated facility providing lifesaving care and rehabilitation for South Africa’s indigenous wildlife.

From treating pangolins to assisting law enforcement with wildlife crime cases, their team works tirelessly to protect some of our country’s most vulnerable species.

To help them continue their vital work, we’re providing an industrial washing machine to meet their strict hygiene needs, ensuring a safe and sterile environment for both animals and caregivers. Hot Cares

This Hot Cares Christmas, we’re giving 5-year-old Jaydon Lourens the precious gift of sight. Born prematurely, Jaydon developed cataracts in both eyes, leaving him with only 50% vision—and the risk of complete blindness without immediate surgery.
