Sue Smith is a psychotherapist, counsellor, coach and yoga instructor. She has 28 years of experience helping people overcome conditions like anxiety, depression and other conditions that can have a destructive impact on people’s lives.
Her mission is to empower and enable others to find inner peace and achieve their goals.
This mission comes from the mental and physical challenges she faced growing up due to stress that led to life saving surgery and a complete change in lifestyle.
Although Sue absolutely loves what she does for a living, like many of us, she has unfulfilled passions and ambitions and she doesn’t let being in her 50’s stop her from going after them.
In this episode Sue is sharing how she achieved some lifelong ambitions and also some tips and tools for building your confidence and creating more energy to help you get into action following your own dreams and passions.
