It appears Massachusetts is in for a scorching week! Monday, the Bay State was dealt two rounds of thunderstorms. Local meteorologists issued a severe weather warning for the evening thunderstorm. Then, a heat wave will be upon us for the remainder of the week with daily highs in the 90s. Heat index values may be in the 100 to 105 range on Thursday.
