New "season," new guests, new co-hosts! 

Lexi and Erica join Allison for season two of HPA. We also introduce our mission for the season: The Influence Project. We'll be speaking with influencers about their work, their content and best practice advice for social media success.

We had an absolute blast sitting down with the living rainbow herself, Q102's Natalie Jones! We dive into the importance of living authentically, our love of good storytelling and how to speak from your soul to achieve your best radio voice. Allison's Count from Sesame Street laugh even makes an appearance about halfway through! You can't walk away from Natalie without a smile on your face. :) Enjoy!

We sit down with the ever enchanting Kelly Rippin, morning news anchor for WLWT-TV, channel 5 in Cincinnati. 

Join us as we discuss the state of media, Kelly's favorite news to cover and why she loves Cincinnati SO much. Also, one hot tip not mentioned in the podcast: the woman loves Fritos.
