The Voice of the American Worker is a study sponsored by Franklin Templeton with the goal of understanding the perspective of the modern American worker. This year’s survey revealed that a sizeable majority of American workers (67%) have re-assessed what they want from their employers due to COVID-19 with nearly half (44%) having considered leaving or left their jobs over the past year.
