Good Morning Yall!!! rise n shine n welcome back. buckle up -The journey continues. A few hours of relax and normality -Sun WHOOT it ended suddenly MON AM.. I hit some serious pain walls .after 15 hours in bed w non stop debilitating migraine pain I got up to fire relief! FUN!!! communications w agent/agencies - in this state! —did not go well! ( Insert “Surprise surprise”- Gomer Pyle Style here!) AND Ironically my call to OR safe & strong crisis hotline during a moment of breakdown-failed to go through. It revealed their phone system wasn’t working -they were unaware (until i informed them) LOL. SOB. And i was unable to reach one of their crisis counselors despite numerous tries. Wiped my snotty nose and also attempted to find a private practice therapist -but found none currently available because everyone is so stressed. But Hey Im Still practicing radical self advocacy.. consulted the disability law experts on some ADA laws ( disability acts) . gotta go now and glove up. Seems Im playing hardball in the big leagues. I’m exhausted and disheartened and ready to give up. but I haven’t quite...yet..
