The Houli bros. are back and the summer chaos continues! On this week’s Houli’s Hooley, Paddy and Bill dish out stories from their family getaway in Grand Beach, Michigan—complete with sandy kids, questionable grilling techniques, and the eternal struggle of church pews versus human knees. (Spoiler: the pews won.) Between Paddy’s daughter Charlotte’s “British Invasion” rehearsals, or his son Mike’s new back-to-school fashion statement, and a never-ending battle with iPads in the backseat, the lads paint a picture of family life that’s equal parts sitcom and survival test. And just when things couldn’t get any weirder, Paddy shares his bizarre run-in with a mystery Chinese woman, WhatsApp messages, suspicious phone calls, and maybe even international espionage? Or maybe just a phishing scam… you decide. The brothers also dive headfirst into the strange and glorious world of mukbangs (yes, people eating mountains of food on YouTube), revisit their legendary barber Dino Dini’s haircuts, and debate whether the “broccoli cut” is a crime against style or a rite of passage.
