Mark is then joined by Elliott Davis, a Retired Fox 2 Investigative Reporter. Davis discusses his thoughts on St Louis City Sheriff Montgomery's battle with Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey as well as what he thinks about Governor Kehoe's appointments to the St Louis Police Board Commission. Later, he comments on his efforts to work with the homeless during the heatwave while the city is not doing much.
