What brings you joy? What makes you happy in your heart? What makes you happy in your soul? These are the questions that propelled me on my personal journey to discover my True Self. I wanted to align with my higher self to not only bring more joy and peace to my life but to also live congruently with my soul.
Taking time to connect with your soul and finding your true purpose takes work and lucky for you my next guest has created a program to help you find your soul’s true expression so you can start living the life of your dreams in just four weeks. Now the four weeks part may sound surprising but I’m here to tell you, you can do it, but it does not come without putting in the work. You hear me say all the time, “there’s no magic pill.” Well, a more fitting quote is “None of the secrets of success will work unless you do.” If you want to be successful, set yourself up for success. Find a way to hold yourself accountable. Discovering what brings you joy will lead you to discovering your soul’s true expression. About Noelle: Noelle began teaching Yoga in 2006 after graduating from Nosara Yoga Institute with a mission of only teaching Yoga and serving the world in a way that felt authentic, fulfilling, and reflected her values.Her vision and brand is called Narayanishakti (pronounced nah RYE ah nee shock tee). This is a representation of both her Highest Self, and her life’s work. As an E-RYT500 and YACEP, She offers Yoga education through courses like Bhakti Mythology and Mantras, Mentoring for Yoga studios and Yoga teachers, Spiritual Life Coaching and online courses like Soul Alchemy, and Mantra Meditation and Music. Her mission is to help people discover and clarify their Soul’s true expression, so they can embody their authentic vision and confidently share themselves with the world. She is honored to help people connect to their own internal guide, so they can create and live the life of their dreams.
Throughout the years, Noelle has been the Co-Director of Wilmington Yoga Center, senior trainer for the Kunga Yoga School, and has led 11 international Yoga and Service retreats to India, Jamaica, Belize, and Costa Rica. Along the way, as a teacher and student of Bhakti Yoga, constant travel and so many events, workshops, series, Kirtan events, and Yoga Music Festivals, she craved stability, simplicity, and clarity.
Inspired through her studies, travel, events, and yoga music festivals, Noelle desired to create a program which could serve more people from anywhere in the world and have a greater impact than one-offs, and she really wanted to be more focused on her method of service which focused on practices that connect us more deeply with our heart and each other through the ancient wisdom and teachings of Yoga. From this calling, she created Soul Alchemy: an online group and private coaching program helping people discover and clarify their Soul’s true expression, so they can confidently share their authentic vision with the world and live the life of their dreams in just 4 weeks. Noelle truly believes that all the challenges we go through in our lives serve to prepare us for our calling, and we can be led there by following what we are passionate about.
