Dr. Surell Levine graduated from Brown University with a Bachelor of Arts in 2001 and earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 2009. Following graduation, she completed a fellowship in Emergency and Critical Care and worked in the Emergency Room and Intensive Care Unit at Massachusetts Veterinary Referral Hospital. She is a certified veterinary medical acupuncturist and an active volunteer with the MSPCA animal shelter.

She is also the inventor of the widely used Calm & Cozy Cat Wrap, a patented swaddle designed to make veterinary visits less stressful for cats.

Dr. Ronit Berdugo is a 2001 Ross University graduate, also a 2022 Housecall vet academy graduate! She had a house and boat call practice in the Florida Keys from 2005- 2022 called Island Paws of Key West. She also worked PT picking up relief shifts at the Florida Keys SPCA. Dr. Kate Moore grew up in Michigan but happily relocated to Southern California after gaining acceptance to Western University of Health Sciences. Since graduating in 2015, she has worked with exotics in several GPs, while learning acupuncture and laser therapy, until she opened her own house call practice in August of 2022. Along with owning and operating Good Vibes Mobile Veterinary Services, she now also works as the primary veterinarian at the Santa Ana Zoo, where she promises NOT to steal any of the animals. Despite the workload, she also manages to find time to pursue her hobbies, some of which include sewing, watching football, painting D&D minis, kickboxing, going to Disneyland, taking her two rescue chihuahuas to the beach, and tending to her isopods.
