On the Property Hustlers Show, we sat down with Skyler Dunford and discussed what it is like to flip more than one house at a time.

Skyler is a real estate investor who is flipping houses in Ontario, he has far surpassed house flipping for beginners and wants to share some of that knowledge for before and after house renovation. One can easily make house flipping mistakes so you need to know how to hire a contractor you can trust because they will do the condo renovations while you're not at the property. Contractors do a lot when doing renovations for rental property, some of the house renovations they do are drywall repair, bathroom faucet replacement, and painting a house. Even though Skyler is investing in real estate he still does some work around the house when managing rental property. He knows how to flip houses and what work goes into flipping houses, some work including knowing how to pick a kitchen faucet. When house flipping you have to be careful not to hire bad contractors so you don't end up having to do the contractor work for yourself.
