What happens when two "competitors" sit down and have an honest conversation? 

Turns out, we're not really competitors and have more in common than you'd think. 

Between the two of us, we have 15 combat deployments and 41 years of service. We talk about how those experiences shaped the way we lead our teams, serve our clients, and build our businesses. 

 We also dive into the life outside of inspections - Paul's passion for cooking and his surprisingly relaxing obsession with watering the lawn, and why success doesn't have to come at someone else's expense.
