We took over Chicago with two of the most magnetic people on the planet, Luke James and Mojo Brookzz and y'all, this night was something else!Luke came in with his whole heart on his sleeve. He talked about being the best dad he can be, and then hit us with some live vocals that had the entire room melting. And Mojo had us in tears laughing the whole night, brought his yoyo on stage, and casually mentioned he almost joined the police force if the comedy thing didn't pan out. What made this one special though is how real both of these guys got about what it means to wake up every day doing work you love. The gratitude in the room was contagious. We played games, we laughed until it hurt, and yes, we got both of them to skip across the stage. This is exactly why we take House Guest on the road. He talks about how fulfilling it has been to bring this character to life and whatever roles he has his eyes set on.But acting is only part of who Aldis is. We get into his love for design, architecture, and horology, including how he started designing watches and the craftsmanship that goes into building something from the ground up.

Aldis also opens up about his childhood, including periods of homelessness, and the strength he saw in his mother while growing up. Now that he’s a father himself, he talks about seeing her sacrifices in a completely different light and how that perspective has changed the way he moves through life.

It’s a thoughtful, grounded conversation with someone who has clearly built his life with intention. It's hard not to love this guy!
