A Narcissist, a gift? Sounds crazy, I know. But narcissists can be our biggest teachers. Question is, are we learning the lesson?
Contrary to popular belief, manifesting (or as I prefer to call it, Co-Creating), is not hard. In this episode, I go over 4 easy steps to help you manifest more of what you want into your life.
We've all heard that to find ourselevs we must go back to the beginning. In this case, that beginning is the inner child. The inner child is the foundation of our authentic selves, but due to heavy programming and external reward systems, we've neglected the very essence that is us. Instead, to get through the mundane and unfulfilling, we work for the weekend and drink our days away all to buy things we don't need to impress people we don't like. Nurturing the inner child brings us back home and for many, it saves us.
3 Dates, 3 People, 3 Lessons: I am back on the dating scene—(fun, right?) And after 3 recent dates with 3 different people, I learned at least 3 different lessons that I think many of us can relate to. I recognized dating patterns, and personas I would have previously ignored had I not done any internal work into my own authentic way of being.
After it all, I've come to realize that dating isn't so much about the other person, it's all about you. It is about the lens you are looking through and whether or not you have the clarity to see all that pops up FOR YOU through others.
After a whole season and half of guest after guest, Parker Phoenix rides solo in this episode and dives into the power we put in words. In this case, a name. A name given at birth that carried so much and yet so little all at the same time.
In fact, do this to ourselves every day, but blame others for the triggers we experience. When in fact a trigger is a golden ticket to discovering what's within that needs tending to. In this episode, Parker shares her own self-discovery of how she gave a meaning, almost an identity, to a name that's hindered her own growth...that is until now.

We live in a world where there is a ton of avoidance surrounding one thing we all experience...grief. James Philipp, founder of Supporting Grievers, has made it his mission to not only bridge the gap between grievers and their support systems, but to also help enhance general grief literacy in our society. In this episode of House Momentum, we explore the different forms of grief, how to hold space for grievers as a supporter, and James shares his own significant grief that led to the birth of this powerful movement. (And if you love a good tangent, this episode is for you!)
James facilitates group courses and is offers 1:1 sessions. To express interest in joining the wait list for his course’s January cohort or to work with James 1:1, check out his website www.supportinggrievers.com and follow the movement on Instagram @supportinggrievers.
