No script, no agenda, just five dads freestyling. 🎙️ We finally settle the King of R&B debate (we don’t). We argue over whether $1M is enough to quit your job, and figure out what age kids should get a phone. Plus Deion’s album of the week, Trapped in the Closet memories, and our longest episode yet. Episode 6 of House of Dad is out now.

Episode 5 and the crew is already breaking the "no fighting through ten episodes" pledge before the intro's even done. This week: Snoop returns from a cruise with tales of a 15-drink daily cap he definitely tested, Dion drops a chill pre-spooky-season pick for Song of the Week, and then the guys dig into a loaded football slate — Lamar Jackson's case as a top-three quarterback, the Josh Allen glazing debate, Alabama's mysterious ability to flip a switch mid-game, and whether college stars should ever turn down a locked top-three draft slot to chase one more year of NIL money.
From there it's a wide-ranging back half: the viral story of an NFL wide receiver accused of scamming nearly two dozen women out of over a million dollars by posing online, a real conversation about how much "knowing the game" matters when dating athletes, speculation on who among the league's biggest names has managed to keep their personal life actually private, and a ranking of internet comedians building their own lanes on social media. As always, it ends up somewhere nobody saw coming.

We are almost at the halfway point until 10 episodes of house of dad! We appreciate the support you've shown so far. In this episode we discuss pro athletes going back to participate in college sports during our sports segment and our main topic is the thought of family traditions? Do we have any traditions? Do we want any traditions for our on family? Then of course we have the random conversations as always. How much is a McChicken meal in 2026? Will we end up spending $1 Million on our kids? Have our parents spent $1 Million on us?
House of Dad, where real dads have real conversations.
Episode three, and we're still here, barely. Chris finally got his wish (we're recording Sundays now, don't ask what happened to that plan), Dion pulls a last-second audible on Song of the Week with Masego, and the group takes a trip down memory lane through the 2K lobbies that started this whole friendship in the first place....beef, betrayal, and all.
Then we get into it: red flags you spot in other dads. The ones smoking in the car with a kid in the backseat. The ones who lose their kid at the park and don't even flinch. The "I got him a chicken tender, I did my job" dads. We talk drinking, smoking, checked-out providers, and the guy who doesn't know his own kid's bedtime. It gets honest fast.
We close it out arguing about whether dads today are actually better than our dads were and somehow end up ranking sitcom TV dads, questioning Ghost from Power's parenting, and debating hot dog etiquette. Real talk, real dads, real chaos.
Real dads. Real conversations. This week: The Playbook.
We're diving into the lessons we wish someone handed us sooner — the stuff we're now trying to pass down to our own kids. From what we wish our parents had taught us, to the father figures (blood or not) who put us on game, to how sports and teamwork shaped who we are as men and dads — this one's got heart, some hard truths, and of course, the usual chaos in between.
Plus: Song of the Week, and we've got thoughts on Russell Westbrook calling it a career.
