Some resources we mention:
Our episode today is with Mel, mama to 5 children - 3 boys & twin girls. Mel shares her personal journey through postnatal depression after the birth of her second child. She grew up in Mackay and moved around over the years before landing back here. She shares from the heart her experience, which is unique and different for any woman who has postnatal depression. The insight we gained and what we learnt from her personal experience was seriously invaluable, we know our audience will have much to gain by listening in as we chat with Mel.
