We have officially returned with House Theory Thursday! It's been some time, but we are here to hash out another one.

With Walker in Traverse City for the summer, Crystal Downs is a golf course he has been laying eyes and bogeys on frequently so we are using that as a chance to return to HTT and compare it to another (fringe) Mackenzie in Cal Club.

Many think Crystal Downs is a top 20 course in the country. Many think Cal Club is rather underrated being just within the top 50. Is that enough for it to perhaps challenge CD? Tune in to fine out!
