Household of Faith: City of Truth

“The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit, A broken and a contrite heart— These, O God, You will not despise.” Psalms‬ ‭51‬:‭17‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Lord, may we have repentant hearts that look to You for mercy.

“I cried to the Lord with my voice, And He heard me from His holy hill. Selah” ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭3‬:‭4‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

“Then Jesus said to His disciples, “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me.” Matthew‬ ‭16‬:‭24‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

“Now whom you forgive anything, I also forgive. For if indeed I have forgiven anything, I have forgiven that one for your sakes in the presence of Christ, lest Satan should take advantage of us; for we are not ignorant of his devices.”

‭‭II Corinthians‬ ‭2‬:‭10‬-‭11‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

“By faith Enoch was taken up so that he should not see death, and he was not found, because God had taken him. Now before he was taken he was commended as having pleased God.

And without faith it is impossible to please him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.” ‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭11‬:‭5‬-‭6‬ ‭ESV‬‬
