Sustainable Population Australia (SPA) warns that without addressing population growth, the housing crisis will persist for years.

Clinton speaks with SPA National President Peter Strachan, who argues that the government is in denial, focusing solely on housing supply while ignoring the real driver—demand fueled by population growth.

"Instead of tackling the issue, they blame Australians," says Strachan, "claiming we have too much space, resist development, and should accept high-rise living and urban sprawl.
