In the lead-up, panel chair and Bailiwick Express editor Fiona Potigny, caught up with each of the panellists. In this episode, we put five quick-fire questions to Michael Van Neste MBE.

Michael founded the Jersey Homes Trust in 1995 and chaired its board for over 25 years. Now a consultant to the Trust, he remains a respected voice in the sector. Known for his thoughtful commentary on housing policy and development, He also chairs the Cranham Group, a Jersey-based property investment and development group. He was appointed MBE in 2022 for his service to the community.
