Dusty Baker’s real estate career started in college when he thought becoming an intern so he could get college credit was a pretty cool idea.
His internship turned into a path for getting his foot in the door for building a successful real estate career in just a few short years.
Today, Dusty is a member of The Epstein Partners, which is ranked in the top 1% of Keller Williams worldwide, and he is personally on pace for $25m in closings this year.
Dusty’s upward trajectory isn’t showing signs of slowing down anytime soon and it’s because of the 3 R’s (Repeat/Referrals/Reputation) he practices in his business.
