It's just the latest example of a culture where the leaders have convinced employees, they need to be taking risks and trying new things. And they got thinking about how important it is for us to be creating that kind of culture on our teams in this age of disruption, where we've, we've got to be doing things differently than we used to do them, right. That's why I wanted Steve Anderson on the show. This is the class your business school didn't offer. It's the training your employer still has been provided?
