The massive I-696 reconstruction project is past the halfway point, and local roads officials are still dealing with the effects of the closure. Craig Bryson, with the Road Commission for Oakland County, says they've had to change how some of the traffic signals are timed to keep up with the increased volume, and there's been some trouble with trash. He spoke with WWJ's Dan Jenkins.
