the influence of technology, the manipulation of perceptions, the need for discernment and critical thinking, and strategies for achieving personal sovereignty in a deceptive world.

Amanda’s passionate about helping people tap into their full power by helping them become aware of, and kicking what’s holding them back to the curb. 

In this episode she shares personal anecdotes and brings insights from her journey from force to flow and the framework she created following her shift, “The Map Of You” which is a guide to help others start to do the same, helping you to thrive, not just survive. 

Emphasising the importance of self-compassion and the power of living in alignment with one's true desires. Real-life examples and practical strategies are provided to inspire and guide listeners in creating a successful and fulfilling life of their own.

Before this interview Amanda took me through her free 60 min becoming limitless coaching call, I’ve never done 1:1 coaching myself but I genuinely got so much value just from this initial call and the process of reflection and introspection she guided.

Just the act of talking about things with someone else not just going back and fourth in my own mind was really helpful and Amanda is genuinely so kind and down to earth, she held gracious space for me and I felt really safe to be vulnerable with her to be myself. I really recommend to anyone who wants to take their journey to the next level at least book an initial call with her to learn more about what she does, how she can support you and how you can work together, the intro call is free, so all you are investing is 60 mins of time, for yourself and future.
